How delivery and pickup works?

Peoples Care Medical Supply will deliver the equipment right to your hotel, residence, AirBnB, cruise port terminal.

• For hotel rentals, we drop off your mobility scooter at the bell desk the evening before your rental date starts, if your hotel allows us to leave equipment.  
• Note there is a few hotels that does not allow vendors to leave strollers, wheelchairs and scooters rentals, we will be in-touch with you to coordinate in-person delivery and in-person pickup of your equipment rental.
• To return any medical equipment rental, simply leave it with the bell desk or front desk hotel and we'll swing by the evening your rental ends.
• We deliver your rental scooter to any residence within 25 mile radius of our warehouse. Give us a call at (800) 710-5808 for your closes location.
• AirBnB we typically drop off your item evening before your rental start date between 7-10pm(evening) as long as you agree and provide access to enter garage or house to safely leave equipment. We can also coordinate your delivery time your actual date of start as well for the return/pickup time for your end date.
• For cruise ship scooter rentals, we will coordinate with you your arrival time to the port terminal so we can meet in person at the luggage drop of area. Same for your return date.
• For a theme parks, rental car counter, Disney World, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, or another specific location in Los Angeles, Anaheim contact us (800) 710-5808 for specific time you would like us to drop off ad pickup equipment. 

How fast can I book a mobility equipment?

Contact us at least 48 hours in advance for land rentals, 5 business days for cruises based rentals. Emergency situations - we'll try to get your equipment fast.
