Prescription Policy

Peoples Care Medical Supply must comply with FDA regulations, a valid prescription is required from a doctor before we can release the following respiratory products for shipment. 

These products include:

Accessories like batteries, chargers, CPAP filters, tubing, cpap cushions, headgear etc. do not require a prescription.

This does not mean you need to go see the doctor and get a new prescription if you have already been prescribed the equipment.  We can use a copy of a current prescription on file.
