Q: Why does cpap machine needs cleaning?

A: All types of CPAP machines needs to be cleaned regularly to removed germs and contaminants don't grown inside of your breathing device and make you sick. Dust and dirt can also cause problems with the machine.

How do you clean cpap machines?

A: Machines are completely inspected, cleaned and sanitized with germicide disinfectant which are much stronger cleaning agents that must meet stringent criteria set by local laws and government regulations. Our cleaning and procedure is to use Cavicide disinfectant to eliminate most or all bacteria and other microorganisms present on any surface of the cpap machine. We make sure all returned machines are throughly disinfected and placed in insolation room for a minimum of 4 days, before any cpap, bipap, ventilator is rented out again. We discard water chambers, tubing and filters once receive the return cpap rental.

How do I clean my cpap accessories?

A: Generally we recommend you do clean cpap mask, water chamber, tubing, filters regularly with water and mild soap or detergent. We do not recommend cpap cleaners, ozone gas, also referred to as activated oxygen and UV-light-based products which this products are not FDA approved nor evaluated the safety and effectiveness of these products to sanitize or disinfect cpap machines and accessories.

Q: Does a rental cpap machine comes with humidifier and tubing?

A: Yes, rental bipap, apap machines comes with humidifier and new standard tubing is included in the rental device. If you required heated tubing you can purchase here if you prefer.

Q: Does CPAP, BiPAP Machines come with a mask?

A: No, you can use your own cpap mask or you can purchase here when renting a cpap with us.

What do I need to hire a cpap machine?

A: Important, you will need a doctors prescription, Valid ID and a credit card in order to rent a cpap machine.

Q: How do you deliver rental cpap equipment?

A: We offer same day delivery when you rent a cpap, Bipap, Ventilator near Los Angeles, and surrounding cities within 50 mile radius.

Q: How do I return cpap, Bipap, Ventilator rental?

A: We will pickup from your when you ready to return or you can call us at (800) 710-5808 to schedule a return date. 

Q: Do you sell cpap machines or only rentals?

A: We sell cpap and BiPAP Machines; if your prefer to rent cpap device we also offer daily rate for your convenience.

Q: Do you bill insurance?

A: No, we only accept credit cards. We recommend you to call your insurance carrier/provider regarding coverage and reimbursement.

Q: Do I need a deposit to rent a cpap device?

A: No, we trust our patients and no deposit is required. However a copy of a valid ID, doctors prescription and a credit card is required for rental orders.

Q: Can I extend the cpap, bipap, ventilator rental?

A: Yes, we will need to call our store (800)710-5808 to extend rental service agreement  and you will only pay for the days or month you like to renew.

Q: What happens if don't return rental equipment?

A: Remember, we keep copy of your ID, and a credit card and we will chargeed up to 80% of the new machine price.

Q: What happens If I break or lose the machine?

A: Again, we will report item as stolen and if break we will charged you 80% of the new machine price.

Q: What happen is the cpap machine is damage due to manufacture defects?

A: All cpap rentals are tested and completely inspected prior to any rental used. However, if there is a manufacture defects we will replace it for you. You are responsible to handle with care your cpap rental while in your possession. We do not replace if you droop, spilled water or abused equipment.
