Peoples Care Medical Supplies trusts our customers and our community. If a customer needs to cancel their rental equipment order, we know it's for a good reason. We will not penalize or charge them for canceling the rental order up until 24 hours prior to delivery. We will not cancel or issue a refund once equipment is delivered to the destination place. Within 24 hours, there will be no refunds issued to borrowers unless there is a valid and unavoidable circumstance (ex: death, air travel disruptions, or pandemic-related excuses).
